I passed many times on Old Griffin road without even knowing this place. This store is huge with the lowest price around and no need to compare with the internet, I did it and their prices are the same and sometimes even lower than the Internet. They changed my front and rear tires with no appointment with a wait time of only 30 minutes before they started to work on my bike, they also showed me my brake pad before replacing them….very professional and knowledgeable technicians. I had both tire changed, brake pads and oil for much less than everywhere else on my Road King and the technician (very professional by the way) showed me the brake pads to be changed so nothing was unnecessary done on my bike. They showed me what needs to be done and the reason why so no surprises. Quality service with great price, my new shop for now on!

Gotta tell ya, when I called and asked about replacing my rear tire yesterday, sure we have it best if you come in first thing in the morning. Was there at 9:03 this am, mechanic was still working on bikes from yesterday. Checked again with Cliff yes we have it in stock, OK ill be back later today. Went back at 1:20 pm and yes they have the tire in the computer but not physically in the store. Hi Joseph, Sorry about what happened but when you came at 9:00am, the technician was working on a bike from the day before and we told you we have the tire in stock (Shinko 230 Tour Master 170/80/15) and the waiting time would be around one hour before we can start to work on your bike. You said you could not wait and you left without a deposit on the tire to reserve it. When you came back at 1:30pm the technician was free to work on your bike but the tire was not in the inventory anymore because it was sold in the morning. ... read more
Great, quick service. Went in for a front tire, and they found the front bearings needed to be replaced too. Did both in under an hour. For any of the negative reviews, like any other place, it's a good idea to call ahead and see how busy they are. They are first come, first serve, so if there are a lot of customers ahead of you, there will be a wait (duh). Price of the tire was 30% less than any other place I called, and they give a military/veteran discount on most sales too. I'll be back.

Thanks Jon for the review and also to mention the fact that sometimes a wait time maybe expected as we are a first come, first serve shop. We always try to bring down the wait time as much as we can but sometimes non planned issues like bearing, brakes, etc, can slow us down but our goal will always be to fix these issues for a nice and safe ride. We always have our lounge area with a pool table for waiting customers....ride safe!
Simply the Best place to get services done, on any kind of bikes, ( Harley Davidson - racers - 3 wheelers...) tires - oil etc..!! 12 000 squares feet showroom, large inventory and the price are the same or lower as the internet. I 'm strongly recommanding this friendly motorcycle store..!! They know what they're doing and the price is right..!! :)
They have an excellent choice of motorcycle parts, accessories, and outfit selection. Definitely worth the extra drive if you live far like myself. Thank you Competition Cycle!
