Fantastic team! I met these fantastic people when they were on call for a few of my patients, they impressed me so much with their compassion and empathy that I asked them to take care of my wife in the end of her life journey. They were even more impressive allowing me spend quality time with her in the end. They treated us as normal people when there was nothing normal about our struggles. Do not value their employees work efforts, the executive director of area operations has failed to show leadership with no proper resourceful direction for the sales staff & office to succeed. Management absolutely will not help but will continue to meet with you weekly as if you have not physically done your job on a daily basis. If you want successful growth, this company is not the direction to go.
My Dad was recently a patient with Compassus in Dekalb. The Staff was so nice and caring.It really gave us piece of mind and took the burden off knowing he was being well cared for. Hospice got everything he needed. The Staff went out of their way for him. We can't thank them enough for everything they did to help us thru this difficult time.❤️ The Allen Kaufman Family
