My dad's case manager, David, was the only good thing about Compassus. He was compassionate and caring. The day my dad passed was David's last day with the company. Nothing else was easy or helpful, as they stated it would be when they approached me in the hospital. They stated they would send help when we requested, they did not. Frequently when I called for help, no one came. The initial person took all of our paperwork so we had nothing, DNR, when we really needed it. Our Hospice case manager, took care of my mother and now was taking care of my mother in law. Casey was great!!! Compassus is not as nice to there employees as their clients!
Compassus was a life saver for my family, a blessing from God. Meagan, Gaby, Amanda, Jessica,Kathy, and Raj were the most loving, caring, and compassionate ladies. They treated my mom with such gentle care. They listened to our family if we had any questions, and they just listened if we wanted to talk about anything. I want to take a moment to talk about your Hospice Care Consultant, Georgeanne. I am the hospital and community liaison for both Falls Run nursing and rehab and Berea Health and rehab here in Fredericksburg. Compassus hospice provided exceptional care for my beloved husband during his final months.
