Simply the best service we could’ve asked for for my grandfather. Josh Griffin was available 24/7 for any questions/concerns. The nursing staff was phenomenal and showed care and great attention to detail. Could not recommend this company enough.
We used this company 5 years ago for my mother in law. We absolutely loved our nurses Ginger, Morgan and our aide Misty. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. They always made sure we had adequate medicine and wound care supplies and to make sure i was knowledgeable on all her wound care step by step. Thank y'all so much.
Love all of the Muskogee compasses people from Samantha in the office to our aides Lettie, and our nurse Courtney, and Michelle, and everyone else we've encountered. They have all been so wonderful and caring and always available for anything anytime. Would not trade them! They have been so kind to my grandpa.
Horrible company. They made us seem like a burden when asking questions and being concerned for my dad in his last days. Like we were supposed to know what to do. They didn't explain what some of his medicines were that could've helped him. It was hard to get anyone to come out to see him. That is only a drop in the hat of what my family endured.
