I have dealt with multiple Hospice agencies unfortunately but never in my life had I had a worse agency. I would give them a zero if I could. They should NOT be in business. Anyone out there dealing with Muskogee Compassus Care, BE VERY AWARE! I cannot speak on behalf of Compassus in other cities but for Muskogee you should think twice about it. I highly recommend Compassus! Josh was kind, attentive, and truly cared about our family’s needs. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. We felt supported every step of the way.
Simply the best service we could’ve asked for for my grandfather. Josh Griffin was available 24/7 for any questions/concerns. The nursing staff was phenomenal and showed care and great attention to detail. Could not recommend this company enough.
We used this company 5 years ago for my mother in law. We absolutely loved our nurses Ginger, Morgan and our aide Misty. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. They always made sure we had adequate medicine and wound care supplies and to make sure i was knowledgeable on all her wound care step by step. Thank y'all so much.
Love all of the Muskogee compasses people from Samantha in the office to our aides Lettie, and our nurse Courtney, and Michelle, and everyone else we've encountered. They have all been so wonderful and caring and always available for anything anytime. Would not trade them! They have been so kind to my grandpa.
