Poor quality of services. Staff doesn't do their job and leaving people in distress I don't recommend this hopice do your research
Worst hospice experience. Staff doesn't care and don't follow guidelines. I don't recommend sending loved ones to them
I have had two experiences with Compass Hospice, and unfortunately both were extremely disappointing. The first was with my father, where we ultimately had to discontinue their services due to poor care and mishandling by caregivers. The second experience, with my father-in-law, was even more concerning. He was sent home without necessary medications, and the level of nursing care was subpar. Compassus was respectful and a true blessing in our time of need. Compassionate caregivers with a heart. These are truly angels on earth.
If you’re looking for a great group of people to handle the care of a loved one this is the group they took extra care of my dad and made sure he got what he needed and was very quick about doing it every time you call them they answered and were on it they were great at explaining everything and made it easy to understand I can’t thank these people enough I highly recommend them
