I am writing this @ 9:35pm(11/04/24). I lost my Granny, Betty Sue O'Connor on (10/29/24). Due in large part to Compassus' shocking lack of any patient background verifications, family members,next of kin. No red flag systems(meaning again, very basic patient immediate family background) My sister also lost her Granny. We have Hospice for my 97 yr Mom at our home in Columbia. Best care and most compassion of any nurse's I've known. These Folks Really know how to keep your loved ones comfortable and content in their care . Thank you from bottom of my heart.
Unfortunately you had a family friend on your services and you guys give hospice a bad name!
My mom went home to the Lord last month while in care of compassus at home hospice. She had cancer. I cannot say enough how amazing the staff was at helping her through the process and helping our family understand what was happening. I hope that me writing this review. Helps someone else who is going through this very difficult process. I am very confident that she was as comfortable and at peace as she could be.
