The staff seems overworked, and always seem happy to skip an appointment. The few months we've had them, it's been a revolving door of CNAs and nurses anyway. The last straw was a CNA showing up for an appointment, and I didn't hear the knock on the door. No phone call or anything, I received a text message after she left. After texting her, and another nurse about missing the appointment, they called the police to do a welfare check! Kat and Amy are the best nurse Cna duo. Hard workers and always so friendly. I amalways happy
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the wonderful compasses team that works with us at life care center. In particular their CNA Kat is awesome always goes above and beyond and their Nurse Amy addresses all needs to assure patients comfort. We are lucky to have them as partners in our building.
Kat and Amy from Compasses were truly exceptional. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication made a difficult time so much more bearable. They treated your loved one with dignity and kindness every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and the peace they brought to our facility.
Our experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. We began with palliative care for my mother-in-law and later transitioned to hospice as her health declined. When she began improving, she requested scans to evaluate her cancer’s progress. At that point, hospice staff told her she would be discharged if she pursued that option.
