This team has gone beyond care. Unique compassion. Total dedication to the dying and their family. I can not give enough stars for the care my family member has received.
Hospice is suppose to be your 911. It's not ok when they don't answer the phone!!! It's also not ok when they don't bother looking at a patients medical records and prescribe medicine that should not have been given to someone with copd. They are suppose to let you know what to expect and what is happening. It's sad when the staff cannot communicate that to you because they don't know. This particular hospice company needs more staff and staff training. I would not recommend using them, our experience was awful!
My father is on palliative care and it is phenomenal. How attentive they are and how they coordinate so well with all of our other doctors we couldn’t be more grateful for all the help that compasses and the Doctor have given us.
Compassus consistently demonstrates a high standard of care. Their team is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a challenging time feel more supported and manageable. Highly recommend.
When my husband was in the hospital, the social worker put me in touch with the folks at Compassus, Colorado Springs. They were absolutely wonderful. They made Joe's last two weeks safe and peaceful for him, and compassionately helped me through his last days.
