From beginning to end, my mother received consistent, professional care from the Compassus team. Communication with me, my sister, and the senior living staff was always timely and thorough. I appreciate the entire staff for the care and support they gave during a difficult time.

My son was only in Hospice for 24 hours but Compassus helped us so much during that short time and I believe he was as comfortable as possible when he left us. Thank you to Jodie and everyone who visited for your kindness and compassion.

Do not use this company! Hannah will promise you the world and they will deliver nothing. When asked about things she said they would do, we were told they don't do that. They rarely showed up, we were told someone would come every day. They were called when my mother was dying and they didn't show up. They didn't waste any time coming to claim their equipment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The staff seems overworked, and always seem happy to skip an appointment. The few months we've had them, it's been a revolving door of CNAs and nurses anyway. The last straw was a CNA showing up for an appointment, and I didn't hear the knock on the door. No phone call or anything, I received a text message after she left. After texting her, and another nurse about missing the appointment, they called the police to do a welfare check!
