Compassus Care went above and beyond for my father. The staff was great, some of the nurses were awesome. Very knowledgeable. Compassus was great throughout my dad's passing.

I have to agree with the negative review. As my mother was passing during a 2-3 day period, we heard NOTHING from Compassus. Saw no one. Heard from No one. After her death, we heard from no one. Not a word from anyone. Guess they had their money, an we didn’t matter.

At a time of NEED, my family felt let-down, even abandoned by Compassus. My parents live in a very nice senior community and when my father became REALLY ill, I relied on the medical staff to recommend the best hospice company. I had no hesitation with signing on with Compassus. Unfortunately, when my mother called for some urgent help, the off shift nurse never even showed up. I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Compassus! They provide such loving service to many of our long term residents, and have been excellent partners--whether it be in assisting us with our Veterans Wall of Honor, our Monthly Veterans programs, or our Memorial Programs, everyone in the organization is an absolute professional!
