This hospice agency is the worst of the worst. I am caring for a client who is their patient, and the nurse from this agency has refused to have the client sleep on an air mattress even though one has been delivered to the client's home. The client is restless and can't sleep at night, but this nurse hasn't called in anything to help keep this client calm and restful. I should’ve known better than to take any recommendation from Piedmont Fayette hospital but alas I did and like everything else that’s even tangentially associated with that place, their recommendation for hospice was abysmal. My father arrived 5 HOURS before the Compassus nurse!! I had zero supplies bc they had assured me that they would provide me with everything I needed… I had to race to Target to buy a bunch of supplies- towels, rags, diapers, wipes, puppy pads, etc (when I finally did get “everything I needed” on the 2... read more

One star is a complement for the customer service. This place is a joke. This view point can be easily confirmed by searching the internet sites. Not only did they drag their feet with getting my friend's family member signed up for services, but also they got a new marketing representative who don't have a clue how to set up services with the families or the facilities their potential clients are located in.
