Excellent care....Maggie, Sara and Sara were my mother's nurses.....took the time to explain everything....help was always there....compassionate/caring in our time of need...my sister and I very thankful for their help.
Although a sad time for my family, I was glad that I was able to connect with this company and have them serve my mom in her last days. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with the company but there were a couple hiccups when it came to the communication or lack there of between the hospice employees and relaying my concerns. From contacting the equipment company for the bed and oxygen machine to the twice weekly washes, it was a simple but effective process. We started care with Christine and Autumn. Both were excellent! Autumn was such a compassionate person and an unbelievably organized worker. These were our first two heroes. They both took positions that were closer to home. Next, came Heather with Angie as her behind the scenes backup. Again, fortune and God on our side. Not only are the caregivers above and beyond, the office is efficient and friendly. The doctor actually listens to his nurses and understands "hospice care."
Kristina RNCM, has offered her best services to my grandmother. She is a great woman. Davenport, Iowa.
Their staff is incredibly rude. I don’t know what gives these people the nerve to talk to people the way they do. Look elsewhere for care!
