They ignored my requests and my grandmas requests for a catheter and now my house smells like urine and I have to redo the floors thanks to the nurses not doing their jobs.
The compassus staff are excellent. The nurses were there for us through my sister’s illness, with such personal care and concern. When the load seemed too much to bear, they were there with love and concern that went far above and beyond. They have become friends that I treasure. The staff took exceptional care of my mother through the process of her passing. They kept me informed about what to expect and when. Lisa Smith and Austin the nurse actually narrowed down the actual time of her passing, this was a very important part of the process as I had to travel to see her before her passing and made it in time.
