The staff took exceptional care of my mother through the process of her passing. They kept me informed about what to expect and when. Lisa Smith and Austin the nurse actually narrowed down the actual time of her passing, this was a very important part of the process as I had to travel to see her before her passing and made it in time.
We have been so blessed for the compassionate care provided to my great grandma while she has been on hospice care with Compassus. I reached out in a West Plains Facebook group looking for hospice recommendations and was reached out to directly by a few ladies from Compassus. From day one they have been highly communicative, attentive, and professional.
