It has taken my family and I months to even begin to process the trauma inflicted on us by this agency. I wish to express my family's appreciation to the staff of Compassus Hospice Care, West Plains, MO. I am currently struggling with End Stage COPD, I have frequent exacerbations and/or acute flare-ups resulting in a low quality of life. Compassus home visit nurses always conduct themselves in a very professional manner. While checking my vital signs and meds, the nurses always inquire about my pain level.
