Day of appointment, I received a text from her saying she needed to reschedule because of her personal medical needs. That was about 3 years ago now, never heard back from her. I was actually so concerned about her I called the legal office across the hall from her (about 2-3 weeks after the text exchange) to see if they had heard or seen of her. The lady confirmed her to have been coming and going and business as usual. *While I was there it was fantastic, but decided it was time I left a review of my overall experience.
Your page of excuses about why you don't take insurance doesn't offer any advice for people who can't afford a $300 initial consultation fee and then $100+ medication management visits. You're right, I did get excited when I found such great reviews about this place. That is until I realize that you discriminate against poor people and that most people cannot use your services. Will you be able to treat me if I'm experiencing depression over financial issues? Or will you just end up being part of the problem.
Jeannine is truly the best. I recently became a patient and my life has already improved. I had gone through some traumatic experiences/losses within less than a year and was truly struggling, almost daily. Jeannine truly cared and listened. There are no words to explain how amazing it is to have Jeannie as my mental health provider. I found her about 3 years ago through a family friend and I could not have been luckier.
