Was going through a green light and the van speed through a red light and cut me off. Driving unsafe and speeds. Was also driving in two lanes. Nooooo way I would want a family member or myself in that van. I’m clearly not the first person to comment about the driving . DONT USE THEM!!!! NOT SAFE AT ALL.
Horrible service, drive unsafe and speed. You have to hold on for fear of being thrown out of your wheelchair.
I was behind one of their vans, and there's no way I'd allow a family member in one of their vehicles they way they drive!! Im in a semi and they turned right as I'm coming through the intersection,then they speed to pass others,pull into the intersection at a red light, tailgate a truck all directly in front of me!! Absolutely ridiculous driving!!!
If I could give it no star I would. Late 2 hours 45 minutes for a pickup. No phone call no nothing to update us on our situation. Driver had no idea where to go and with me trying to tell him how to get there, he still would not listen. If you have any self dignity do not use this service.
Never used their service but was almost hit by a van from this company today. The only reason I'm making a review is because the name says "Compassionate Medical Transportation " however the employee driving it is anything BUT compassionate. Or maybe that just applies to their customers 🤷🏾♀️ because the finger that was given was NOT needed!
