NEVER!!!!! EVER!!!!! USE THIS COMPANY. WE MISSED A VERY IMPORTANT DR. APPT. THEY SHOWED UP 45 MINUTES LATE. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL!!!! THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! THE DRIVER WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE MISSED THE APPT. I WOULD HAVE BEEN RELUCTANT TO RIDE AFTER THE RUDENESS & UNPROFESSIONAL SEE FOR YOURSELF, LOOK AT THE REVIEWS.
Your service is extremely inadequate when you decide to not show up for our clients appts and just don't communicate. It's very very inconsiderate since these elders depend on your company for transportation.
The people answering the phones 9/10 are lazy as hell. You ask for an ETA and they refuse to call the driver. No one is rude to these people, some already have attitudes. If you don't like the job, for the love of everything Holy, QUIT. I shouldn't hand to deal with rudeness and attitudes when calling in for info or help. Would you accept this if it was YOU calling in for assistance? Do better.
I would recommend this transportation service to a friend or anyone needing this service. The driver is very friendly and careful. I got to my destination with no issues and I was very pleased with the service rendered.
