After repeated visits, every few weeks, because my dog was not eating the way he used to. He lost 13 pounds before they called a specialist in San Antonio. He passed away one week later. Will never go back.
Every time I call for appointment, they seem to schedule Max the next day or sooner. Karmen checked Max and me in this afternoon even though we were 30 minutes early. You just don't see that very often. Very professional. I have a great vet where I live, however, I just made the decision to move my vet to Fredericksburg. They just all seem to care about their patients. Thanks so much Karmen and Dr. Fritz!!! Larry
I don't take my due babies any where else. They always take care of my little ones.
