I can't possible say enough good things about this office and their staff from onboarding through until the beautiful bereavement call we received when my mom died. They visited every day, knew my mom's case so we didn't have to keep repeating it, arranged pastoral care and stayed with us after she passed before the funeral home arrived. I've never been more grateful for a team of concerned, competent, caring, and wonderful people as this team. Thank you.

My experience with this company was not positive. The onboarding process was horrible, the equipment delivery was 5.5 hours late, to which I had to cancel discharge and it turned into a total fiasco. I fired them. In response to the owner's response, I spoke to several people within the organization to no avail. I'm more than happy to explain the situation to yet another person (5 people thus far) and not one person apologized. These people at Compassionate Care are very dear to me. At first I was very much overwhelmed and consumed with trying to care for our sick loved one and go to work at the same time. And then go over there to check up on her. Then back home to my own family. I may have not been the nicest person to deal with at the time,and I would like to apologize for that.
