Our family had a truly positive experience with the hospice team, who cared for our mom at home. Lauryn was very informative and helpful with all of my questions when I was interviewing various hospice companies. She even offered to come to my mother's condo and meet her face-to-face to explain the process and answer any questions we may have. Don’t use this business. They don’t care about the patient and don’t show any compassion. They kept dropping the ball over and over again for pain relief for end of life care. There always seems to be a glitch in the system with these folks. If you need compassionate care for a loved one, these are not the people to use. Horrible!!!!

I was in contact with Kathy, after a referral from my husbands doctor, B. Wayman, Toms River. After approx 2 yrs my husband was terminal with lung cancer. Kathy was nice and I trusted what she told me to be the truth. It was not actually the truth, it was embellished truth. She visited my husband several times in rehab to get him to sign up. My son has a terminal condition. He is also a very difficult patient. They refuse to recertify him and are kicking him off hospice. I have appealed to Medicare twice and won. Medicare has deemed him qualified to continue on hospice. They don't care. They only want patients that are easy and will die quickly and quietly. They are like so many for profit health care companies today and only care about easy money. And don't believe them when they tell you that they are there to help support the family too.
