Went to this hospital just to get my lab results and it took about two hours just for the doctor to read me my lab results. I would never recommend anybody to go there. Unprofessional
The staff is PREJUDICE and INCOMPETENT. Evette the front desk receptionist had me wait over two hours past my initial appointment and never sent my Referal to the back office so I can see the specialist. I have a medical emergency and could go blind if not seen and treated soon. After 3 requests from her and no results I reached out to the back office manager Brenda who never got back to me for days. This office is very clean ,organized,and wonderful check in team I felt like I was at home . I am person that ask lot of questions and they sure did answer them all so that’s wonderful.
Dr Richter tried to ignore instill fear and lie about options. The most uncaring in compassionate experience I have ever had with a doctor. Even the nurses apologized for his behavior. Wild.
