Ms. Carrillo is so kind is great at patient care, every time I have been she takes time to hear my concerns even if it’s just a check up, its a shame that doesn’t translate to the rest of her staff. I called to setup an appointment for something that I consider urgent and the receptionist told me that for what I needed she didn’t have anything anytime soon. I explained what I needed and my symptoms if she would have taken the time to look a little into my file she could have seen how serious this was and has been in the past... read more
