Tried outpatient therapy on my own before this and it was not enough structure, the IOP gave me the accountability and group support that made the difference
My counselor in the individual sessions helped me recognize patterns I had been stuck in for years and gave me real tools to break out of them 😊
Chelyn made the group sessions feel less like a clinical setting and more like a room full of people who actually wanted to support each other through recovery.
Did the virtual option because I live outside Orange County and it worked just as well as I imagine in-person would, the video sessions were smooth and the therapists were engaged
