Just reviewed my tax receipt letter and I'm not happy. I signed up to sponsor a child at a concert October 24th where your volunteers asked for $38 upfront from everyone sining up! Six days later, Oct 30th, you withdraw $38 from my account. making it two payments of $38 within 7 days! And that is not reflected on this statement. I just finished talking to a rep on the phone and he said, "If we find your payment, then we'll send you a new letter." 'If' you find my payment, like I'm making this up! Because I love Jesus and the passion in my soul to heal and bring joy my husband and I just sponsored another child last night.We had sponsored 3 children in the past.
