We have sponsored more than one child with them threw out 30 years. They are a great organization who believes in following the commandment of Christ. As we are told to help those who are less fortunate. We even had a friend who worked with a blind Christian organization who actually went to one place we were sponsoring a child and actually took a box filled with many items to our sponsored child, and was able to meet her in person, on our behalf. What an amazing organization! I have been a sponsor for about 3 years now and its humbling. I heard about Compassion at a Seventh Day Slumber concert and when I picked up Sherling's packet I knew I would be a sponsor for as long as I could. I'm hoping to be able to sponsor more children in the future.
