I am writing to share my experience with Dr. Sarah Kelly, as I believe it is important for patient care standards to be upheld with professionalism and respect. At one appointment, I felt uncomfortable due to comments that were made about my appearance. Dr. Kelly made remarks to a staff member/technician about my makeup and how I looked, which felt inappropriate and came across as an attempt to belittle or bully me. This is the place I went for help in a desperate time of need. No one was clear with billing at all! I am still paying off bills from my one pap visit here. I had no job due to a car accident and still recived bills over $1000. I dont understand what the point of this place is? They didn't help me financially at all! I could have gone to my pcp and he would have charged me less. I am so disappointed in this place and see no point in it.
