My daughter has been my caregiver through this company and she’s been having trouble cashing her checks for over 8 months now. I tried calling them and I got hung up on by the front office girl. The HR person Kat never answers her phone or responds to her messages. We have decided to go with a different company because of all of the unprofessionalism.
Compassion Experts were wonderful with my mom the last 6 months of her life my brothers and I couldn’t have asked for better. From the owners, nursing staff and particularly the caregivers that were with her everyday they all very caring and kind.
Lovely people. They always bring a smile to my face.
The employees are 20 something with no experience and probably have never cleaned their own homes. How do you wash dishes without putting dish soap and water in the sink? Doesn't doing dishes also include washing the silverware? They spend their time on their phones. One employee had fake nails at least 2" long as well as her fake eyelashes the same length.
