Customer service was amazing!
Great service from a young lady whose name is Michelle, I think. I was having a troublesome day but she gave me the spark I needed to turn it around. She went over & beyond w/ her service which was indeed top notch! I have 4 rental places near me but I’ll be back to frequent w/ Michelle from Compass Storage. Thank you
I rented a storage space temporarily. My experience was pleasant from the time we rented until we moved our things out. The energy of the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Over the years, I have worked with various storage companies. Several of those facilities were absolute disappointments. However, I would definitely recommend Compass Self Storage. I have worked with them in the past. Great experience.

I had such a wonderful experience with getting my FIRST ever U-Haul. Annie and Michelle had amazing customer service and walked me through it perfectly! I RECOMMEND THIS ONE SPECIFICALLY IF YOURE RENTING A U-HAUL!
