I rented one of their small “closet” units. Started out at $38 a month. In 3 months it went up to $48 and in 6 months it went up to $65! I hadn’t been by the unit but once to quickly put something in there. Didn’t pay attention to the other items. Went to empty it out yesterday and EVERYTHING is covered in rat poop and urine!! Absolutely disgusting!! We made sure to spray the unit down with raid for spiders before we put anything in there but didn’t know there was a rat infestation. I see my review has been deleted, RATS got into my storage. It is an ongoing issue and I see families with kids going in. I called Scott left a message over a week ago (ext 702) and no call back. Need a solution asap for all my lost items.
