Great customer service
Nice and easy process with professional crew.
I had 5 units for a few years. Every couple of months they increase their rate. For 5 units my last invoice would have been over $1900. I moved everything to their competitor Express Storage which is by far cheaper and a cleaner storage unit. Also, I cancelled one of my units before my renewal and they still charged me. After 2 weeks of no credit I disputed the charges on my credit card. Go somewhere else. This place is terrible.
