When renting a U-Haul truck for a specific location, you expect it to be there, and not be directed to another location for a truck. I called to confirm and yet again U-Haul moved my reservation. Although I am dissatisfied with what U-Haul has done (again), I was VERY pleased with how Rick at Compass Storage was able to secure a truck for me at a closer location.
