So far, Compass Self Storage has been great! Rayner was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated well.
If you plan to keep items in this facility for any length of time BE WARNED! They will contiuously raise your monthly cost every two to three months by $20 or more! It will not stop, the increases will continue until it is so ridiculously expensive to keep your items there you are forced to move them out. If you question staff about the increases they are very defensive and a bit rude. Its quite the racket!!
I stopped in to view a storage unit unannounced. I was warming greeted by Rayne. He was very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. My experience was truly delightful. Thank you
