I don't know about the company but I can say that the individual supporting my community in Fort Myers is, in a word, difficult. Difficult to reach, difficult to communicate with, difficult to resolve differences with, difficult to extract information from and the list could go on. If I were looking for a management company for my property and had only this one individual to base my decision on, I would take a hard pass.
Compass Rose failed our community in regards to a pool renovation project. A contract was signed in November 2024 and a check was delivered in the amount of 52,000.00. They told us on April 23, 2025 they heard a rumor that the company was in chapter 7. This is complete failure from Compass Rose and our board. Questions were answered with excuse after excuse.
