Marla Bailey mislead us on a 3.7 acre track stating that only a portion of the property was in a flood zone. We gave her the scale of our project. We gave an offer based on our project and the land she said was not in a flood zone. We also asked for a updated survey and exactly where the food zone was on the property. After reaching out to Montgomery County, our Insurance Agent, and researching FEMA flood Maps we found out within 72 hours the Land is uninsurable. I work for a very large oil and gas company and have told everyone who is looking to buy a home NEVER to work with Compass. In fact, one of my colleagues were looking to buy a home and inquired about my experience with Compass and I warned them to stay away and thank goodness they listened. My lender, AmCap, has never even heard of this realtor company lol!!
