Our realtor ghost us too As soon as she got paid! The house she found for us was mis-represented and not move in ready or up to move in standards. We even sent a complaint letter and it got sent back to us it's very fishy.

If I can give a zero i would, DO NOT SIGN A AGENT AGREEMENT WITH THEM, they will ghost you, not respond and trap you, if this is there business practice then please avoid at all cost, Rudy V, was our agent, and now his team leader Adam V, won't respond, AND LIED AND SAID HIS DAUGHTER FELL, the fact that a realtor used his daughter to lie and say that to go ghost with us is insane. Avoid at all cost.
Terrible communication with those taking the course. When we call, they don't answer, and when we send emails, they don't respond. There are several questions on the final test that have wrong answers. We can't talk to them on the phone for a reason.
Tristan Castillo is unprofessional and demanding. He showed disrespect for my time and outright contempt. I will never work with this agency again as a result of my experience.
