I strongly advise against working with Compass Menlo Park. I engaged their agent, Lili Song (DRE #02235053), based on her explicit written promise of a 1.5% commission rebate. This incentive was the foundational basis of my decision to hire her; I would not have engaged her services otherwise. Once the transaction closed, she reneged on her written promise.
