When we moved into our condo it had not been cleaned, they charge a ridiculous fee for paying with a debit card and are very slow to make any repairs. They also told us not to request many repairs because it costs them too much, and preached to us how renting from property managers is different than renting an apartment, like we have never done that. Well we have rented from property managers, apartment complexes and we rented out a home we owned, and this company is by far the worst we have dealt with.
It hard to give anyone a full 5 stars, there is always room for improvement.
