I have been seriously impressed with Compass Property Management. We were in a situation where a house that we had purchased fell through at the last minute and we had less than two weeks to be out of our current unit at another property managed by another company. Compass was extraordinarily expedient and helped us move in as quickly as possible while also giving us the unit of our dreams. I also can't say enough about their quality staff like Kayla -- we have been treated so well!
Terrible customer service, and a terrible company to work with. When they tell you that you have a property locked up, but then call you later to inform you someone else now has the rights to the property. It makes me feel like they'll lie to get you in there and get your money, but will never follow through with their promises.
