Best management company I've worked with. They made a minor mistake and fixed it quickly. Very responsive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
Since the beginning they have gone above and beyond to make our experience with them enjoyable. They quickly take care of issues and have kept their word for numerous promises, which impresses me as most management companies take weeks to respond, or just ignore their tenants altogether. In specific Gina, Ruben, and Nicole have done a great job with their communication - thank you for making our living arrangements enjoyable in Downtown Grand Rapids.

They do their best to not communicate. I call, email, visit and they're never ready and push us away or they aren't open. Their hours are shorter than bakers' hours, and they're totally unavailable during lunch.
