Our Uncle Phil was away at St Joseph's Hospital in Tampa on Martin Luther King Blvd. We just wanted a simple cremation and after calling places in Tampa and Central Florida we were so lucky to find this company. They took the time to explain everything and the price was really the price!! No surprised. I spoke to both Heather and Chris at different times during this difficult time and I have to say if you are looking just to do a cremation, pick them. Thank You!!

i.My Mother passed away suddenly - and we were at a loss as to a crematory for her last wishes - We found Heather at Compass Pointe she was great very compassionate and helpful, my sister and I both had to leave town, before the Cremains were ready. Heather said that she will mail the cremains to my sister in Houston and the small urn and Death Certificates to me on the West Coast. I will be recommending Heather to everyone I know. She is wonderful.

I want to say Thank you so much for helping me. I've been a nurse for over 20 years and was ill prepared for the passing of my husband. Heather's kind consideration helped me through the loss of my Joe. It's never pleasant to think about it but Heather helped us out that leaves us thankful we found this company.

We don't live in Florida. We were referred to Compass Pointe to assist with my daughter who lived in Orlando. Heather was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. We were able to do things with emails, fax and a notary on my end so I did not have to fly down for a day saving me hundreds of dollars. These are good people.
