the apartment building was a disgusting mess. I couldn't even breathe in their. there was a wrong strong smell
Rent is high, lots of bugs, very cheap flooring and other building materials. But it includes appliances (refr, storage, micro, w/d, dw). High pet deposit and pet rent. No complex amenities.
Have lived here almost 4 years now. They have changed owners twice fairly recently. I originally had no issue when I initially moved in (the buildings were still being put up, I've been here since the beginning of this complex existing). This past year I have had several issues with the rental team, and they are trying to tack on an extra charge that was already included in my rent and attempting to back-charge me for it.
