How would you feel when you are just standing there to see what was the stall selling and a rude staff (rude old man) came over to tell you that the queue is on the other side. And when I told him nicely that I was just wondering what the Baker was cutting, he sarcastically replied “A Cake”. In the first place, I was there to show my boy what was the baker doing and he rudely assumed that I cut queue and shooed me off with such sarcastic attitude. I will never patronise that stall and because of such service crew.

Challenger store. No one stand on the payment counter. When i ask for payment. The stuff is giving me black face and call other stuff to do the payment. BAD SERVICE EVER.
Can management look into switching on the air-conditioning system for restaurants serving breakfast? Seems like we are having breakfast in sauna at Swensens. � hope it's just a one-off glitch.
