The floor is full of sand around the area the most dirty mall I ever seen is not the first time .
why can't they spend some money on app to scan receipt? many malls are doing so. who will queue for at least 30 min. they are simply turning people away from benefitting the points
The reward system is very manual. It is not benefiting residents in this area. A number of ppl have to give up queuing. Not friendly system
The queue to redeem the points and rewards during this festive season is insane. The queue is so Long. And upon reaching the counter, I was told the system already shut down on its own cos it’s 10pm. I was told to come back next day for the points and reward redemption. Do they really think everyone makes it a priority during a busy weekend to make a trip to the mall just to redeem points? Reward system is still by queuing at customer service counter to scan receipts. Sometimes only one counter is open for scanning. It is really time consuming and the wait is not considerate to elderly shoppers, shoppers with young children etc. Queuing time can be more than 30 mins. I believe all CO shoppers can testify to this. I truly hope that the management can be more proactive and see to upgrading the system to make it more convenient for all shoppers. bought items from iuiga the newly open shop. they said sent me the e receipt. i thought that was environmental friendly but ur customer service counter insist that i had to get the shop to print out the receipt even though i show that the payment receipt from visa. compass one u need need to be more envirinment friendly. i know u have to chop on the receipt to show i had already redeem the point is it the same if u chop in the visa one. now i get the shop to print out and im struck with a useless A4 size receipt
