The entrance to the carpark - the slope is a nightmare. It needs to be rectified. Seen a couple of SUVs going in and felt that these cars are going to roll-over the slope. 😱

Went to compass one to buy a dvi cable for 144hz monitor staff recommended a dvi cable when I reach home and plug it in my monitor it can’t be support , than I went down to Waterway Point challenge again the staff there told me all their outlet don’t sell dvi cable for 144hz call their customer service hotline 63399008 the guy said he been sending email to compass outlet from 1pm Till 3.30pm still no response, 👎🏻
I wouldn’t recommend this mall to parents with babies. There’s only one baby room that has a hot and cold water dispenser and it’s located all the way at the basement. This is also the only room that comes with an old arm chair that allows mummies to feed their babies. This room is warm and badly ventilated. The other baby rooms only come with a hard foldable changing table which I believe are not cleaned regularly. Saw poo stain on it. Ridiculous policy when it comes to points claiming. They only allow customers to claim up to a max of 1000 points regardless of how much you have spent in the day. if i spend $2K on that particular day, the 2000pts should be rightfully mine. Are they trying to send a message to customers 'Don't spend too much in Compass One since you can only claim up to a max of 1000pts"???? In addition, they do not allow other family members to claim the points on your behalf even though they produce your ID card. Why?? They want to see ou... read more
2stars Was at the Level 4 Nursing room beside Kopitiam when a Father and his son(around 8yo) was occupying one of the two breastfeeding room. I hv no qualms with people taking water but using the room for other purpose? The father still feel very proud that he had hog one of the room instead of feeling ashamed that he had made my infant waited! The washroom was round the corner less than a min walk.
Does not update their website store opening timing or enforce their store opening timings. I have experience going to sea horse shop at compass one at 1015am and waited till 1050am on a Sunday morning, and they are not open yet. Checked the compass one website stated open daily at 10am. Totally disappointed.
