Worst experience in CR group this morning from the rude sale assistant after decided not to purchase got this rude remarks ’waste her time’ will not patron this store again
Stuck at carpark for 1 hour already. Long line of cars for 2 floors and security guard said management did not approve to open up the spoilt gantry, so they put a cone infront of the open spoilt gantry to block cars from leaving without paying. If your carpark gantry system has issue (I saw a similar review 4 months ago), you should have instructed and set up a system to avoid wasting people's time and fuel

Mall have totally no control one the shops within. Hence the reduced business flow. Shops do not open on time like what they post on Google. unlike Waterway Point and Punggol Oasis. both tapping on the same concept that it's near residential and with Mess Transport Interchange facilities within walking distance. in fact the food options is limited by the space it gives out for Retail. with mainly only Fast food to offer.
Escalator from 2sty down to Basement has been down for so long... people are struggling wi that, some shoppers with kneecap issue or elderly are going down slowly, step by step.. trip hazard 🤦🏻♀️

It is our due diligence to Ensure that we do not operate the escalators so that our shoppers safety is not compromised. We highly recommend elderly to take the lift when we do see them near the escalators. We will continue to follow up with the vendor to replace the faulty part soonest. Thank you.
This shopping mall has no grace period for parking. Furthermore they closed B3/B4 parking lot. When u get into the basement, you have no lots and u are being charged $1.40 for nothing. Why still indicate you have many lots before allow driver going through! Cheater

Nevertheless, we would like to update that we have open B4 carpark today. We do like to share that if the carpark is full, our security guards will stop cars from entering the gantry therefore we do hope that you can give it more time to look for the available carpark lot. I have just returned from Compass One this morning. The basement carpark smells of faeces and there are open rubbish bins. Please stay away until they clean up that place.
