Absolutely horrible staff answering the phones. One man spoke down to me, and today a woman spoke down to me, treated me like I wasn’t a valid patient just because I don’t have cancer, and then hung up on me. They do iron infusions at their labs and it’s common to go there for it as well as being referred by my clinic’s director to use them. I was completely shocked by how rude this person was on the phone today. Choose a different location, no one deserves this kind of treatment. They don't have any availability. The soonest they could see me is 6 weeks out. Sure hope I don't die in the mean time. The receptionist could care less just went on with her rant about check in. I would hate to actually have cancer and have to deal with this.

This is a place that filled me with fear and uncertainty. Cancer is a dreadful disease. The news was sometimes disheartening, the treatments were sometimes unpleasant, and the side effects were at times horrible. Yes, Dr. Keiser was always professional, pleasant, and encouraging. I can’t say enough about the nurses. I was treated with empathy, kindness, helpfulness, and smiles at every turn. They made my journey through chemotherapy less stressful and at times even enjoyable. I lost my husband to a horrific death after a reaction to only 2 treatments. It was the worst I’ve ever seen. I found it very heartless not to hear a word from Dr Pham or staff with condolences on his loss. Every Dr my husband ever had sent chart messages, cards or personal phone calls with condolences. Even Providence sent condolences before sending a bill. Not Compass! So very sad!!
