This program was built on the foundation of integrety and all of the staff is truly genuine .
Frustrating. That is how I sum up my family's experience. Barely existent front desk staff, referral delays that directly impacted access to care, with an un-empathetic attitude. Access to the appropriate health care for a loved one, especially relating to substance issues affects the ENTIRE family unit. Health care navigation is hard for many, especially folks in distress of any kind, wish they could step outside of their bubble and empathize. In my experience, they were a near failure.
