They are lazy, and will not go beyond the call of duty. In fact they will do minimal. These people will not help you and they will cause you more harm. the lack of professionalism is astounding to say the least. they will make you wait 30+ minutes to see your therapist that doesnt care about your time at all. the double standard is crazy to me, theyll penalize you for missing your appointment by 5 minutes and they dont even hold the same standard for their staff.
