I had many problems with their customer service. They were a bit rude. The delivery was a bit slow but they were really nice. Nothing compared to the people in the office.

The Worst Company EVER!!!!!! By far the poorest customer service I have ever received anywhere!I recently dealt with this company and regret it. They are highly unprofessional and the facility must be of poor quality, since half of my things were damaged, either broken or damaged because of humidity. When I submitted a claim I was given an attitude and spoken to in a very inappropriate tone and manner as if they were not responsible for the damages, and then I was hung up on. I moved from St Andrews CC in Boca to Pinetree CC in Boynton. It was a big move (5 bedrrooms). All went well. Excellent packing job of many fragile heirlooms and artwork. Very satisfied. No extra charges and even some free storage. Mike Ginsburg

The BEST Moving Company that I ever work with. The employees were reliable and very careful with our Furniture and boxes. Customer Service was A+ They storage my Furniture for 12 months.
