Absolutely horrible experience with Compass Moving Company. They showed up 1.5 hours late and then proceeded to milk the clock. I was quoted around 3.5 hours for the entire move and it ended up taking that just to load. Mind you I wrapped everything myself in preparation with the exception of one dresser and 3 couch cushions. I took down every tv and organized everything for a seamless move. We recently used Compass Moving for our relocation from East Windsor, NJ to Berkeley Heights, NJ, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Worse Moving Company Ever!!!! Their Movers arrived 2 hours late which threw off All moving day logistics ...the building I am moving from is very strict and requires an elevator reservation in advance...I understand that movers run late but they were supposed to arrive at 2pm and didn't bother calling me until 3:15 to advise they wouldn't arrive until 4pm smh 🤦🏾‍♀️!!! Adam and Armen helped us with our move. They were very punctual and friendly. They did an amazing job and were very careful moving our stuff. They also had all the supplies for moving our TV and other fragile items. Really recommend Compass Moving. They are great!

I did not have the same experience as everyone else. Their ETA was 5:35 and they showed up at 6:20. Then they turned a 3 hour job (we had already done this move in 3) into a 4 hour job. Then they left almost everything in piles in the dining room of the new house and were tired and cranky by then. $850 later, we have to hire movers again, to get everything where it is supposed to go, and for re-assembling.
