I was here today for urgent care and I would very much like to send my impressions on the same, however when visiting the hospital website there is no way to contact a customer service, this is unfortunate. This hospital would not like information on how these care works I ask. Taking care of lives is something very important and I received in the care of urgency only negligence.
Saw me right away ! Took great care and time!! And got me stitched up !
Dr sailaja reddy at compass medical is an amazing physician...very tuned into listening to her patients. Hence her advice is qualitative, combining training & skills. The staff are very friendly.��
I called the middleboro primary care office at 8am this morning and I got the on call service, I told them I need an appt and they said the office doesn’t open until 9am but the phone said they open at 8am so I waited an hour and called back at 9:11am the phones were still off! And I got the answering service again I told him I needed an appt and he couldn’t help me and “maybe to try back later” because the phones were down but all other offices in the building were fine! Went in with severe flu symptoms. Just think they should listen to the patient. Gave me tamiflu. 7 days later i am still sick. Antibiotics should of been given. Not happy!
