you turned me away yesterday because i havent been seen in two years!!! im sorry that i havent been sick in two years and you havent made a few hundred dollars off my insurance company!!!!!!!!! im an essential employee and i come into direct contact with HUNDREDS of people on a daily basis, and YOU didnt care!?!?!?!? where is your moral, medical and human ethics????????? your policy needs to be reviewed ,,, sad day

This place only cares about the money. They never call you back about important results and I was literally told by billing if I didn't want to be charged for my Annual Physical to just answer that everything is all right or dont say anything...which what is the point of even going?
RecommendedMY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR IS THERE, HE'S AWESOME!!! EVERYONE THERE AT COMPASS MEDICAL CENTER IS VERY POLITE. BEEN GOING THERE, FOR 7 MAYBE LONGER YRS.
7 or 8 years of being a patient of Beth Cerces she decided that my palpable cancer did not matter to her and my life did not mean enough to her to have the lump checked. She ignored me for over 2 years while the lump grew and infiltrated my lymph nodes. I pointed out the lump to Beth and this poor excuse for a dr. palpated the lump told me that I was crazy and to ignore it and not to bother her. Had to schedule a procedure with radiology, central booking calls "sets up the appointment" then I go for my appointment and I don't have one. The receptionist did her best to help, but now I've had to rearrange my life, fast, and find extra child care.

I did have to wait 1/2 hour for the Dr to see me. Great bedside manner was very attentive to my injury. I loved the facility clean and beat. Up beat staff they were very warm and welcoming.
