I like that they are very caring in the Middleboro office. They can converse with my Dr when i can't get to her. The wait time was short. They saw me right away.
After waiting hours for my doctor at Signature Health only to get a 5 minute exam, I finally made the switch to Compass and I couldn't have had a better first experience. From the receptionist, medical assistant, to the doctor, everyone was caring and efficient.
I love my doctor there but they always wait until im out of my presription to csll it in..after several phone calls..not cool
Nicole Hebert PA is just after billing your insurance! She barely examined me and coerced me into an unneeded chest xray by saying she wouldnt be able to treat me with out one!!!! Dont go to urgent care!!!!! Wait for your doctor.... the treatment at middleboro urgent care is awful!
They walk away from their mistakes. They caused a tremendous problem due to inadequately training an employee and will not help in any way, shape or form, offer anything in an attempt to help fix it. Would not recommend. They don't iwn their mistakes. Will be looking for a new practice.
Dr Kathleen Kohls is awesome. She's kind, comforting, and so knowledgeable. Def recommend her!
Nice and friendly staff and in and out. And had clean rooms :)
