I had my first appointment with Dr. Bui today. During the visit, she appeared impatient and raised her voice when requesting access to my prior medical records, which made me uncomfortable.

I’m a new patient with this doctor and after 3 visits have made the decision that I won’t be returning here! The assistance are the sweetest very respectful and concerning. The doctor on the other hand is beyond rude and just rushes your appointment and doesn’t even allow you to explain why you are there.

The company’s email was hacked, and more than an hour later there was still no follow-up communication to notify previous patients. This lack of urgency is extremely irresponsible, especially considering the risk of someone unknowingly opening a compromised email. When I called the office, the only response I received was: “Don’t open it, just ignore it.” But that’s exactly the issue, this could have been prevented if they had warned us immediately.
