The company’s email was hacked, and more than an hour later there was still no follow-up communication to notify previous patients. This lack of urgency is extremely irresponsible, especially considering the risk of someone unknowingly opening a compromised email. She is a doctor who lacks dedication and respect for her patients. When communicating, she often appears irritated, grumpy, and speaks in a cold and indifferent manner — and at times, very rudely. During the examination, she doesn’t listen carefully to the patient’s symptoms or feelings; she only asks questions mechanically, which makes people feel uncared for. A doctor should have a gentle attitude, be attentive, and show empathy, but unfortunately, she doesn’t have those qualities. I truly feel disappointed.
