They’re good at selling their buildings and pretending like they’re not collecting any rent money. Be careful dealing with them.
Very responsive property manager
Not a very impressive company. The management team seems disconnected from what’s happening in their own departments, especially accounting. There are clearly ongoing issues with communication, follow‑through, and basic organization. Multiple complaints from residents especially senior communities who feel their concerns aren’t taken seriously. Definitely a company that needs stronger oversight and better professionalism. Highly recommend researching this company beforehand.
Got informed that we owe a $3000 for a special assessment for painting, wood repair and for their 10% "project management fee." I told them we can afford it and if there was a way to spread it out for more payments. This was their response.
