I had a great experience working with compass management. Riley and Wayne really took the time to listen to what I had to say and gave honest, realistic answers. They were also very flexible.
This is the worst management company I have had. It takes several phone calls and/or emails to get anything answered. I am still waiting for an answer (well over a year) on two issues within our HOA. Currently on the third contact person in two years. I wish our complex could actually change management, I've been researching this trying to figure out how it can be done.

I think it's hilarious that previous reviewers blame the management company for their HOA dues being increased. I live in one of the condo associations that Compass manages, and I have for years. Compared to some of the other companies I've had in the past Compass is 100 times better. They actually manage, which the other companies don't.
